After that, relax your muscles for exactly ten seconds. Repeat these steps as many as possible; it would be ideal if you can repeat it up to 15 times. When you are done, you can relax and take a breather. Having done the steps given above, it is time for the second part of the exercise. You need to squeeze and hold your PC muscles for one second, and then relax for also one second. Repeat five times. After five repetitions, relax your PC muscles for ten seconds, and repeat all over again for three or four times.

At first, you may find difficulties in holding your PC muscles even for only two seconds. You need not worry since this is a common problem that happens to men who practice Kegels for the first time. By doing the exercises regularly, you will find no difficulties in squeezing the muscles. As the result, your muscles will be stronger than before.
