Sony has expanded its desktop PC line with a new batch of VAIO L Series all-in-one computer. The Sony VAIO L Series 3D features a 24-inch multitouch screen with a touch-sensitive bezel, your choice of second-gen Intel Core processors, NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M graphics chip, 8GB of RAM, 1TB hard drive, a Blu-ray/ DVD combo drive, and 3D capabilities.
Its 3D powers can be seen as you convert plain, ordinary 2D movies into mind-blowing 3D with a touch of a button. It also has 3D HDMI input so 3D PlayStation 3 games can be played, as well as a Family Paint 3D software to create eye-popping artworks. The all-in-one PC comes with a pair of re-chargeable active shutter glasses, which are also used with Sony’s BRAVIA 3D TVs.
The Sony VAIO L Series 3D will be available in Europe beginning on October 2011. No word on pricing.
